The top adjusting  screw on the Bridge pickup on my strat gets knocked loose when I am playing it for a long peroid of time or when I use it for gigs... I need to know a way to correct this. It is becoming a pain in my @22

Next time you get ready to change strings, set the pickup, pull the pickguard, and use some blue loctite on the screw. I've never tried it, but it might work. Other than that, you could try sitting while playing to help prevent the guitar from causing the pain you were talking about and a sure fire cure is to just trade it in on a Jaguar.
